What you need
- The name of the clinic or the doctor
- Dates, amounts and what was done
- Receipts, contracts, records or photographsIf you have them
- An account with a verified phone
Before you start
- Filing is not publishing. We keep every complaint, but we publish only what documents support.
- The clinic or doctor is notified and has seven days to reply before anything is published. Their reply appears beside the complaint at equal weight.
- Without documents a complaint cannot be published — but we keep it, and you can add documents at any time.
