DentaIndex- What we published
- Every doctor score included a transparency bonus of up to 0.1 for having a published price list.
- What was wrong
- Doctors do not publish price lists, so the bonus was added to every doctor without anyone earning it. It was a methodology error, not a measurement.
- What changed
- The price-list part of the bonus no longer applies to doctors, so published doctor scores are lower by up to 0.1. Doctor scores now also use only reviews where a moderator confirmed the doctor named, and a doctor's scoring pauses when reviews arrive in an unusual burst, as it does for clinics.
