The rules
What you may and may not publish here, in seven lines.
1. You may review only where you were treated. Proof required.
2. Complaints need documents. Photos, receipts, records — or it does not go up.
3. The clinic always gets to answer. Publicly.
4. No clinic can pay to change a score, hide a review, or move up a list.
5. One person, one account, one review per treatment episode.
6. Lie to us once and the account is closed, permanently.
7. Prices you share stay anonymous. Your identity is never sold, shown, or given to a clinic.
