How verification works
Three steps, the same for everyone.
- 1You send the proofA receipt, an invoice, a dated photo of a price list, or the documents behind a complaint. Evidence files stay private and are never published.
- 2A person checks itA moderator compares what you wrote with what you sent. Anything without proof is kept back, not published.
- 3Facts are publishedRecords use neutral, factual wording. A clinic named in a negative record is notified first and can reply publicly alongside it.

You are already in the index. Every clinic in Moldova we could verify has a page here, claimed or not.
Claiming your page gives you control over what you write about yourself — and over nothing else. What you can and cannot do is below, in full.
What you can do
- Claim your clinic's page, after we verify the legal entity and the address
- Publish and update your price list. Each edit creates a new version, and the history stays public
- Reply publicly to any review and any complaint, at equal weight to it
- Write your description, gallery, equipment, guarantees, hours and FAQ
- Choose an accent colour from the curated set and the order of your blocks
What you cannot do here
You cannot delete reviews, change scores, hide complaints, or affect your position in any ranking. Those functions do not exist — they are not merely blocked.
How to claim your page
We verify the legal entity, the address on site, and a phone number before a claim completes.
Nothing here is for sale.
No clinic can pay to rank higher, join a list, change a score or remove a record. Verifier rewards pay for proof, never for an opinion, and the same rules apply to every clinic.
