If a clinic or a doctor harmed you, overcharged you, or refused you your records, tell us here. A person reads every complaint.

Before you start

Filing is not publishing. We keep every complaint, but we publish only what documents support.
The clinic or doctor is notified and has seven days to reply before anything is published. Their reply appears beside the complaint at equal weight.
Without documents a complaint cannot be published — but we keep it, and you can add documents at any time.
