Report a problem

If a clinic or a doctor harmed you, overcharged you, or refused you your records, tell us here. A person reads every complaint.

Before you start

  • Filing is not publishing. We keep every complaint, but we publish only what documents support.
  • The clinic or doctor is notified and has seven days to reply before anything is published. Their reply appears beside the complaint at equal weight.
  • Without documents a complaint cannot be published — but we keep it, and you can add documents at any time.
